Who We Are
Founded in 2002 as an affiliate of The Saints Prison Ministry, LIT strives to assist ex-offenders in making a successful re-entry into society. We are based in Moorestwon, Nj but minister throughout the region to any inmates that contact us.
Our Vision
Our goal is to help ex-offenders becoming productive citizens, while at the same time helping to restore them to their role as the husbands and fathers that God created them to be.
Types Of Activity
LIT helps men from six months pre-release through their post-release acclimation by providing food, clothing, temporary housing , transportation, and counseling as needed. For those inmates not in our local area, LIT has a broad network of referral services available.
Location
Any prisoner about to be released may call and take advantage of our services. While our resources are limited, our concern and desire to heklp are abundant and we will do whatever we can to help an ex-offender succeed.
