Keeping Hope Alive Outreach Prison Ministry

To encourage those who are incarcerated and those who have recently been released, to have a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. This will be done through weekly correspondence (via summaries of Sunday sermons, letters and cards.)

Matthew 25:40 - The King will reply, I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.

Who We Are

We currently correspond to 14 inmates at various correctional facilities in Michigan (13 males and 1 female.) On a weekly basis, they receive a sermon summary, scriptures and words of encouragement. Once a month they receive an encouragement card. Contact is made with the family (at the inmates request.)

Our Vision

We hope to have a family support group in the near future. Also, we want to have Bible study teams/groups to go into the prisons.

Our magazine (newsletter)

We send a newsletter to those inmates on the Keeping Hope Alive list every other month. 2 pages (free of charge)

Support In

Please pray for all of those on the Keeping Hope Alive list. Also pray that the Lord will continue to guide our efforts as we try to reach out and help those who are incarcerated and their families.
