Who We Are
In 1999 ten Baptist churches of Lipetsk area, have made a decision to open chaplain ministry. Seven priests have constituted this ministry. The agreement with Department of police was concluded on the basis of elaborate plan. The admittance to visiting of ten prisons is received.
Our Vision
Designed by us the program consists of four basic directions:
1. Evangelical Mission:
a) Conducting musical measures including of church choruses during the basic christian holidays.
b) Distribution " New Testament " and booklets.
2. Apprenticeship:
a) Rates on study "Bible".
b) Preceptor and disciple .
c) Each student receives "Bible" free of charge.
Types Of Activity
Ministry Chaplains, of the association of Baptist churches on Lipetsk area, supports prison ministry volunteers and chaplins in training and povides them with the Word of God for distribution in prions of our area.
Location
In Russia, in Lipetsk area ten prisons of a different type are disposed. One of them for the teenagers.
About Our Prison Ministry
Now chaplain ministry is found in the beginning of the development. We have blessing from the God and churches.
Support In
The cooperation is necessary for us to the one who has the greater experience in this ministry to bring the greater fetus for a Kingdom of Heaven. Our program provides ten regular chaplains with wages. At present only one has payment, other working voluntarily and can not be given back to this business to the full. We require yours prays, financial support and other kinds of the help.
