Zechariah 7:10 - "...oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart."

Who We Are

PMD was formed to fulfill the our mission/vision statements. In September 2001 it was granted 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. It is governed by a board of directors. It receives moral support from the Delaware Department of Correction and a number of legislators.

We have helped many individuals and families over the years. We also, with help from many, were able to build a chapel at Baylor's Women's Correctional Institute which did not have a suitable place for religious studies.

Our Vision

That Delaware will be the leader in reduced prison populations through faith-based services, breaking down barriers, increasing public(community) awareness, changing the penal institutions, and bringing about shalom/salaam throughout the state.
