Who We Are
Victory Hill R.E.F.O.R.M. jail & prison ministry is a non- profit organization. We began our ministry from our local church in Carroll Ohio.
Our Vision
The main objective of Victory Hill R.E.F.O.R.M. Jail & Prison ministries is to win lost souls to Christ. Our hearts go out to the lost ones in the correctional facilities all over the United States, and the world. We view these facilities as mission fields, and opportunities to be used by God to bring salvation, healing and deliverance to the lost.
Location
We Minister in Southern Ohio, at RCI (Ross Correctional Institution) and are about to minister in Fairfield county.
