The Village Griots

'The Village Griot's Ministry' was initiated and established to assist the current, former and soon to be released men, women and youth. We also network and work in unity with other ministries and organizations, nationwide in order to bring light to darkness.

2 Corinthians 5:17 - Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new crearture: the old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Who We Are

The Village Griots is an on line outreach program, a pen pal service and a prison ministry.

Types Of Activity

Intervention, outreach, education, reintegration services, pen pals, health awareness, community referrals, and recidivism prevention.

Location

We minister into the bowels of society whenever and wherever we can in the prisons, where 80% of the African American males wallow, as well as other disenfranchised peoples of our society.

Support In

'The Village Griot's Ministry' wishes to have everyone pray for our ministry , in addition to any donations of Bibles, Tracs, monetary and/or any other Christians resource material. We would also ask for volunteers who have the same passion to assist with helping the less fortunate, men, women and youth. Finally, we ask that prayers go out to every suffering soul in the world.
