Who We Are
We are a new home Missions church in Stevens Poin Wisconsin.We have a growing and overflowing cty jail in Stevens Point, and a growing burden to reach to these men. I myself have been incarcerated for over eighteen yrs of my life and was transformed by the power of God in a prison cell. I know what the Lord is able to do in a human life.
Our Vision
Our vision is too reach as many of these men as possible thru the anointing and power of the Holy Ghost. "It is not by might nor by power but by my Spirit saith the Lord" I've been praying for this city jail and these inmates for a long time now and the Lord has finally opened the doors for this ministry, Praise God.
My goal is too be able to instruct these men /women in the word of God and give them something solid to hang onto when they are released from confinement, I know what worked for me and I know it will work for them as well,Bless the Lord.
Types Of Activity
We are just starting this new ministry on January 13th and would like some insight on some activities that jails will allow, this is a brand new ministry, and we need prayer support as well, we are planning on worship, praise , preaching bible studies , what ever will work with these folks.
Location
We are starting this new Ministry in Stevens Point Wisconsin , Portage County Jail, and hope to expand to Waupun where I had spent a considerable part of my time,Jerry North I believe is still the Chaplain who will be more than happy to allow us entry.
