Who We Are
My husband and I giving our lives to Christ in 1999 after, a 25 year history of addiction and incarceration. In lue of a 10 yr sentence for burglary, I accepted a program, 1995-.graduated in 1999. I am a published Author/Poet. Attended some college, my life experience proved more useful than the book knowledge, I lived it! W.O.H. reaches out to women who are serving sentences in prisons all over the U.S. We are a Ministry of Love, Encouragement and Fellowship for women living behind the walls.Our Vision
My vision is to provide to inmates spiritual truths, bringing them hope, dignity and love. Our area of focus are women serving longer than needed sentences. Hopeing to build a lasting relationship with them.. being a sound board in hopes of helping them in there lives while incarcerated. We network women to write women building friendships with each woman we write. We in the love of Christ will write any woman who would like us to write.Types Of Activity
Sending Christian literature, only after we ask if they are willing to accept, if not we will write and respect their wishes, however as we encourage and write from out hearts we will not deny our faith. In sharing what God has done in our lives, seeds can be planted without.force. We send cards for birthdays and holidays. Inspirational paperback books, and tracts.Location

We have a 501 (c )3 non-profit tax exempt status. We accept donations of paperback Bibles, Christian literature, tracts and even decent fiction reading, we are representing Jesus Christ!Books we have published
Self-Published 2006 (Crown Of Beauty) a testimony of my life and the saving Grace of Jesus with works of poetry, a book written especially for women in prison, in addiction and even experiencing homelessness.This is a great tool of hope and inspiration in what God can do for the worst of us. (MERCY) 2n book due out by 2010, a walk in a Christian woman's life about true surrender and the Mercy of God, this also includes works of poetry. All to God's Glory!
About Our Prison Ministry
I have with great honor labored with much love, in this ministry, this is a ministry for any woman who has a heart for women in prison, who may have suffered addictions, abuse and even homelessness in their past.Support In
Pray always for the incarcerated, addicts who still suffer and the homeless. Pray their hearts and minds will be open to the message of Christ and his Forgiveness.We are all but sinners saved by Grace.
