Who We AreWe are a prison ministry to newly released women-providing complete after care . Women are sentenced here as an alternative to jail or prison and as part of the probation/parole or home detention.We are Church supported and rely upon God to change our lives and provide our needs. We teach Boundaries,minister in substance abuse and other abuse issues. We hold two formal bible studies per week led by leaders in the faith community and individual prayer counsel is a daily event. Our VisionOur vision is that God supplie every need in the lives of the brokenhearted.That He set the prisoner free--free from the bondage of sin. Our vision is to grow to be able to house more women--and minister to our community through the lives that are changed.Types Of ActivityA Christian Classes in : Boundaries Substance abuse-sexual and other abuses, parenting, advocacy, cooking, budgeting-Christ centered conversation and prayer ministry.Bible study - forgiveness lists - lifelines, copying with Christ as our strentgh. social gatherings and small group fellowship and character studies in Christ. Praising the Lord and Thanking Him for every little thing. LocationOur field - I am also a volunteer jail chaplain in Allen County. Leading Bible study on the blocks {female} and as part of the prayer counsel ministry. Also Wings of Hope ladies do upon occasion give testimony at the jail chapel services. We work with welfare child and famiy services and network education and employment We also network apartment s furniture and otSupport InWe rely on the faith community for food, clothing and operational expenses. We have seen God at work - we pray in our needs and God provides - this is such a witness to the women and a lessson in faith.
