Who We AreRayford L. Johnson has been a Correctional Counselor for the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation the past 12 years and a photojournalist for the Sacramento Observer Newspaper for over 21 years and various other publications. Johnson, a licensed minister, felt compelled to write the book "Thug Mentality Exposed" in 2000, after noticing the sudden rapid growth of the thug culture.Our VisionACM’s mission is to bring awareness to the public of the dangers that are embedded within many of the trends and cultures of our society and how they negatively impact human behavior.The objective is to bring forth deep-rooted knowledge and truths in hopes to awaken the conscience transform immoral and destructive desires into moral and healthy ones and then teach and counsel individuals in everyday practical life skills wisdom. Types Of ActivityACM Principals:Awareness Knowledge Wisdom Mission Awareness- on how to identify thug mentality, Knowledge-to gain a deep understanding of it, Wisdom-on how to apply the knowledge, and a desired Mission- to enlighten the growing multitudes lost in the spiritual darkness of the thug culture with the previous three principles.
