The Heartland Church Prison Ministry is a new ministry started in July 2014 by two friends, who experienced prison first hand, watching their adult children join the prison population. The passion developed in this ministry is heartfelt by all who volunteer, as we are each called to love those in and outside the walls of prison. Add your prayer requestPlease pray for my best friend, Collie, that is incarcerated in Thomas County Prison. He went in over a year ago under a parole violation. God led me to tell him about Jesus, and the wonderful gift of salvation. He shortly after accepted Jesus into his heart. He has began to live for Christ, following his commandments. I realize everything happens for a reason and I know God sent him there to save him.
