Who We Are The Institute for Prison Ministris (IPM) is a department of the Billy Graham Center at Wheaton College. IPM supports and serves the professionals and volunteers who bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to prisoners, adn those who disciple professing Christians in prison and following their release.
Our Vision The Institute for Prison Ministries is a resource and networking center for jail and prison ministries. IPM serves correctional ministries in four distinct areas: Evangelism, Training, Resources and Research.
