Who We AreThe Cornerstone Christian Helpline provides a New Zealand nation-wide free-phone service for any person to call regarding any issue. The Carers provide a listening ear and suggestions based on a Christian ideology / philosophy.Our VisionFull vision, mission and operating statements are found on our web site, so broadly it is to encourage a deep, meaningful and consistent relationship with Christ.Types Of Activitymainly the nation-wide telephone caring service.Some limited face-to-face counselling. Some written and email caring correspondence Referral to church and professional organisations. LocationPrisoners have access to our number and so are able to call whenever they are able. We don't see ourselves as being a prime prison based ministry and so attempt to link prisoners back into the prison fellowship / chaplaincy services so that the two ministries can work together.Our magazine (newsletter)Information letters are generally sent into our network.Support InConstant need for His direction for the ministry.Constant need for volunteers on the telephone network.
