Who We Are
Heavens' Blessing Ministries ("A member of the World Council of the National Assembly of Churches") is an international ministry founded out of the vision (given by GOD) in Minister, Altoe L. Wallace. Thevision center upon the restoring, promoting and providing the monotheistic faith system with Musicians of faith, while stepping into the form of purification to Raise the fallen star again
Our Vision
Our vision is to restore worship for Gospel music, while re-connecting those in prison and others fallen stars to the local churchs' minstry of music
Types Of Activity
We provide free musician's training for those held within our institutions (whom has a deserved to enter into music ministry), legal support services, musicians workshop, family support, musician counseling together with other services.
Location
While centrally located within the City of Charlotte, State of North Carolina. We serve the international Ministration for GOD and the Local music ministries programs.

Our Ministry is central focus is to provide local charters to chaplains, schools, churches , ministries and others, for the operation and training of those within their music ministry program in prison. Each musician is provided with class & program credit for their re-entry goals, marketable skills and occupational needs in the area of music.
