Who We Are Changing Partners Temple of Refuge Ministries International was founded December 2009 by Bishop-Designate Andre L. Harris. Standing on the Word of God and sent with Divine Order, CPToR believes that once a person enters into the Worship Experience breakthrough occur.
Types Of Activity Reachin Out Evangelism Ministry - community ministry. Men Under Christ's Headship (M.U.C.H.) Mime Ministry - silent ministry for males ages 12-40. Women In New Direction (W.I.N.D.) Praise Dance Ministry - silent ministry for females ages 12-40. Skoolin U HIV/AIDS/STD Outreach Ministry - educates youth in high school on prevention. Perfected Anointing Praise & Worship Ministry - praise team. Kingdom Vessels Sanctuary Choir - adult choir. Voices of Power - youth and young adult choir.
