Who We Are Pastor Bumphus travels to prisons throughout the US. He also travels yearly to Lagos, Nigeria where he is setting up a prison ministry there. We operate a Aftercare Facility called "Jesus House" in Indianapolis, Indiana. Pastor Bumphus was on the Cover of Charisma Magazine in 1997. Pastor Bumphus also preaches in churches.
