Who We Are The Salvation Army has been working in Corrections since the 1883 in Canada. The Salvation Army was the only chaplains for many years until Corrections Canada formed a chaplaincy Dept.
We work in support of the Full-time Institutional Chaplains. Working with one on ones, Range visitations, Family contact assitance,Family support for those behind the walls, Support for families when they are reunited after sentence is served, Cicles of Support for High Risk Sex Offenders.
Types Of Activity Alpha Corses; 12 Step Spiritual Journey Courses; Purpose Driven Life Courses; Bible studies; Chapel services.
Location Ever Federal and Provincal Institution in Canada.
