Mercy Outreach Ministries , is a letter ministry that give hope to those seeking spiritual guidance. We mentor by mail offering a new life in Jesus Christ. These letters are sent to all who wish to correspond. We are here to encourage the inmates and their families around the world. The bible says in Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
