Who We Are

We started the Lighthouse Recovery Center for Men and now are starting the Oasis, An Empowerment Center for Women. We provide recovery counseling and aftercare services for parolees as well as a transitional shelter for Women.

Our Vision

"Love em and Launch em!" We believe all are called by God to be equipped to do the work of the ministry. That includes ex-offenders especially since we all come to the Lord with a desperate need for Mercy and Grace.

Recovery Counseling and Spiritual 12-step Support Groups; Church - Zion Fellowship; Bible School - Christian Life School of Theology; The Oasis.

Department of Corrections, Mangilao, Guam; Residential Substance Abuse Treatment at DOC
Hagatna Detention Facility.
