Who We Are Planted Seed Ministry is a new prison ministry with currently 182 inmates, male and female, in 14 states and 41 prisons and/or jails. We celebrate our 1st anniversary in August 2002. We publish a monthly newsletter called, "Up From The Soil", which features artwork, poetry, testimonies, etc., by the inmates. We also send monthly bible lessons, offer counseling and prayer.
Our Vision Our main goal is to introduce inmates to Jesus Christ through the Word of God. We would like to spread our membership throughout all 50 states.
Types Of Activity We offer monthly bible lessons, free bibles, prayer groups, newsletters and quizzes with monetary prizes.
Location All 50 states are eligible.
About Our Prison Ministry We need the names, identification numbers and complete addresses of any one incarcerated that may be interested in this ministry.
Support In We offer our newsletter, "Up From The Soil" free to all inmates and to the public for a donation of $12.00 a year (12 issues). We are also looking for volunteers to help prepare lessons and inspirational studies.
