Who We Are
I am a Christian who was touched and convicted by Mt.25:31. I like other Christians find ministering to incarcerated people very difficult, so I set out to find a way that would enable me to slowly develop a my confidence in dealing with this command of Jesus. I started by sending holiday greeting cards to prisoners and signing them "A Special Friend".
Our Vision
I beleive that "A Special Friend" is a very gradual introduction to prison ministry and I hope to lead others to a more fulfilling role while at the same time letting people in prison know that they have a special friend that prays and cares for them and looking for nothing in return
Types Of Activity
We actively seek voluteers to pray for and send cards to prisoners as well as names of people who would like to receive the same.
