Who We Are Nonprofit, Christian, 501C3 healthcare organization providing services for underserved communities in the Midwest, with particular focus on minority populations, the incarcerated and their families.
Our Vision By way of providing free screening, testing and education in underserved areas of the Midwest, a door is opened to offer compassion, encouragement and support to individuals, families and community leaders who will then - through training - be prepared to participate in the campaign to prevent further transmission of viral hepatitis, HIV/AIDS and STDs.
Types Of Activity Screening, testing and treatment for viral hepatitis (hep B, hep C), HIV/AIDS and STDS.
H.E.A.R.T. Workshop - Hepatitis Education and Resource Training Workshops are 1 and/or 2 day presentations/workshops created for ministry leaders and laypersons seeking instruction on viral hepatitis education in the workplace and the population they serve. Prevention, transmission, high-risk/at-risk populations, hep C and the incarcerated.
Location We are available to work with and provide assistance for prison ministries anywhere in the world.
About Our Prison Ministry •Create opportunities for on-going education/training programs in churches and other institutions within communities so designated as being "underserved." •Make readily available screening, testing and education for men and women who fall into the categories of "high" or "At" risk of being infected due to their behavioral choices, or their occupation.
Support In Christian volunteers/advocates interested in being a coordinator within their ministry and/or state, where they can receive and distribute educational materials to the populations they serve.
