Woman2Woman Empowerment Inc. was founded in June 1998 by Minister Roxanne Harris .Today, Woman2Woman Empowerment Inc.offers programs that serve the women of Allegany County, MD , Champaign Illinois and Tarrant County Texas. Woman2Woman Empowerment strives to bring women together across sociol economics, racial and religious lines. We are dedicated to assisting women in setting goals for personal and spiritual development, and self esteem and independance.

We offer a gender based mentoring program. The Empowerment Monthly meetings meet the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month. This meeting is in partnership with Chosen Generation Fellowship of Hurst Texas..Woman2Woman Empowerment 's Empowering Choices Jail and Prison program is currently offered in the FMC Carswell women's facility in Ft Worth. We are excited to offer the program to women in Northeast Texas,Tarrant County Detention Center The sessions are to begin October 1 2008.Location

Rev Harris has published a bible study-My Soul Turned Inside Out. Minister Roxanne has written a NEW Bible study - Desperate Housewives of the Bible. The study delves into the lives of several women in the Bible. It will open your understanding of what is is to be a Godly woman.About Our Prison Ministry
We have recently finished production of our DVD- Breast Cancer-Myths, Rumors and Facts. Project is dedicated to Cheryl Maistros. The DVD offers answers to questions and misinformation regarding breast cancer. The film was funded by a grant from the American Cancer Society. We also have produced a DVD on Lung Cancer. This DVD interviews women and examines the effects of smoking on the home and the individual health of women. Both DVD canbe purchased for a cost of $6.00 each.Support In
We are currently in need of women who would be used by God to assist in the betterment of other women. We need women and men to sit on our board of directors to help steer this organization into the future with clarity and tenacity. We are also in search of a location for ministry headquarters in the Midcities area or Tarrant County.Ministry Events

Woman2Woman Empowerment and Chosen Generation Fellowship will host the 1st Annual Empowerment Conference 2008. Our featured speaker is Evangelist Verline Bailey of Mt Rainier MD. Evagelist Bailey is an anointed woman of God who preaches and teaches deliverance. She herself has been delivered from depression,oppression and suicidal thoughts.
