Who We Are
Our purpose is two-fold- to provide moral support and practical assistance to one another and to do what we can to help improve the correctional system in Nebraska.
Our Vision
When a family member or friend is incarcerated it is common to feel a mixture of sadness, guilt, anger and confusion. Talking with others can be very helpful. The group can also help new members to learn what they need to know about the correctional system.
FFI members also study legislation about treatment of offenders and discuss policies and procedures of the correctional systems which affect their loved ones. FFI wants the system to be restorative and not just punitive.
