Who We Are

Pastors Frank and Tina Bower started the center with a goal of seeking and saving the lost. Pastor Frank has a very relevant approach, and a testimony which is extremely powerful. Pastor Frank was saved from a life in organized crime as an enforcer for John Gotti.

Our Vision

Our mission was to provide those who were addicted to alcohol and drugs a Bible-based road to recovery. And in our eleven years of existence, we have seen countless people receive the healing power of Jesus Christ.

Types Of Activity

Our approach is simple. There are three key elements to our program. These are in-depth Bible studies, fasting and praying in the Spirit. And by the power of the Holy Spirit, we have seen a recovery rate of over 40%. When you compare that to traditional recovery programs which cost tens of thousands of dollars and average between 2% and 3% recovery, there is little question in our minds what works.

About Our Prison Ministry

Pastor Frank is frequently asked to speak at schools and prisons about his testimony where he is able to share the love of Jesus Christ. Booking arrangements are welcomed.
