Who We AreHorizon began with the establishment of a Horizon faith-based dorm at Tomoka C.I. near Daytona Beach Florida in 1999. The model has since spread to six other prisons in five states.Our VisionHorizon promotes and supports faith and character-based communities in prison that prepare inmates to live responsibly with others in mutual support, trust and respect, facilitating institutional adjustment and successful reintegration into society.
