Ecc 4:9 - Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. 12A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.

Who We Are We are a husband and wife team. Billy Vincent is spreading God's love from within the Wyoming State Penitentiary, and Christina Vincent is spreading God's love from the outside.
Our mission is to encourage the uniting and strengthening of families of incarcerated individuals by promoting Christ-like values in those relationships. We will focus on the promise that Jesus saves, restores, and blesses the lives of those who follow Him, regardless of past transgressions.
Our Vision It is our vision at BCV Ministries to see the divorce rate of incarcerated individuals decline, family visitation increased, the cycle of family criminal tendencies broken, and souls won for the Kingdom of God every day!
Types Of Activity Newsletters, free bibles, direct ministry, Christian pen pals, Christian books for prisoners
Location Wyoming Department of Corrections, Wyoming Woman's Center, Campbell County Jail, Sheridan County Jail, all others upon request. Recently added South Dakota Women's Prison, and several FCIs across the nation.
Our magazine (newsletter)

Our first newsletter was an introduction as to how we got into the ministry. The sub-focus was on forgiveness and is titled "Loving Through Walls".
The second newsletter's focus is on struggle, and is titled "Living With Walls". Third issue is about finding the good in all situation, and is titled "Finding the Light".
