Who We Are

Troy and Sharon Messer have been In prison and Jail ministry for over 10 years, Before Troy started pastoral. Both have been in ministry for over 30 years. Troy is a United States Chaplain. And a Member of C.o.p.e. Coalition of Prison Evangelist. Both Troy and Sharon are chaplains. Troy ministry Is to men, and Sharon's ministry is to females. Troy and Sharon are founder and co founder of chapel mission.

Our Vision

To spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to those in darkness. And to be a help to those in need.

Visits if possible, letters.

Butler county Jail, Hamilton County Jail, Lebon Prison. Also letters to Inmate or clergy in other countries. England and Scotland.
