Who We Are Since 1987 Andrew Ceelen worked in Russia to comfort prisoners of conscience and Jewish Refuseniks.
Since 1992 Andrew with friends formed the Dutch based foundation Care Ministries International. We work now for prisoners who have been sentenced wrongfully or whose health has detoriated since their incarceration. Through working for them we also get entrance to the prisons and camps and bring in humanitarian aid for the whole prison.
We do not openly evangelize but are always ready to give account of our belief and then venture along the openings that offer themselves. we have visited since 1987 more than 50 times to different camps and prisons.
When we get offers to speak in prisons we see what ministry or minister is the best suited in that area and contact them.
Years ago Andrew was offered access to 59 juvenile camps in Russia to bring in Humanitarian aid but this opened the door for Eastern European Outreach to evangelize these young prisoners and now it has opened the work of placing christian library's inside the prisons!
Our Vision To bring in more help and see more people come to know the Lord Jesus personally and see healing od the sick.

About Our Prison Ministry A non-profit foundation staff on voluntary basisprayer for health of myself (healing of Heart disease small leak in the heart-valve in the left chamber), prayer for the prisoners in general, financing of transport of humanitarian aid.
