Who We Are We are members of the International foundation for better life, Johannesburg South Africa. We have recently started the prison ministry of our local church.
Our Vision Our vision is to assist the inmates to get to know our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To lead them to Christ and help them in the process of correcting the mistakes which lead them to prison and to see them get back to the society repented individuals.
Types Of Activity We visit inmates at different correctional service centers and different prison location. We preach the gospel, teach them the bible, hold prayer sessions with them, conduct services, give out bibles, tracts and gospel publications etc.
Location We minister in jails in Johannesburg and the entire Gauteng province.
About Our Prison Ministry We are a young ministry with enormous task at hand but we hope that with God on our side we shall overcome. The crime rate here is very high and we believe God that those who were once criminals will be reformed before they get back to the society through our ministry and by His grace be positioned to make eternal life at the end.
Support In Please pray for our members for God to give them the courage to continue the work of the ministry.
Pray that God will grant us open doors in the jail houses we go to visit and for the Holy spirit to help us in the accomplishment of our task. Pray that God will send us help and support both spiritually and financially so that we can always meet the needs of the ministry and those of the inmates we visit.
