Formally ViRay Ministries, Inc., cofounders of three residential Bible based rehab facilities, Chaplain of Harris County Sheriff's Dept., Regional Overseer Victory Outreach Christian Recovery Homes.
Our Vision
To glorify God by bringing hope to the hopeless carrying the healing message of deliverance through Jesus Christ to drug addicts, alcoholics, incarcerated, and ex-offenders. We believe that only through Jesus Christ can we find the identity, belonging, and security that will deliver us from the bondage of alcoholism and drug addiction.
Types Of Activity
Preach, teach, seminars for jails, prisons, churches, and other organizations. "Victory In Christ" seminars from three hours to three days of two hours per day. Teach messages dealing with the issues of substance abuse.
