Our Vision Victory Outreach Prison Ministry is called to present the Good News of Jesus Christ to imprisoned persons, ex-offenders and their families everywhere. This call involves a commitment to training workers, developing ministry through the local church, and providing an opportunity for inmates, ex-offenders and their families to reach their potential in the Lord as they become productive members of society.
Types Of Activity Victory Outreach International is a Christian organization that was established 30 years ago when Sonny Arguinzoni was deeply impressed to start a church in the Los Angeles area; one that would be effective in reaching the hard-core addict, gang members and their families. Victory Outreach is an international ministry with its home base in La Puente, California.
