Te Association of X-Offenders is a criminal recovery and relapse prevention Christ-centered, Bible ministry committed to crusades and discipleship. All of our recovery material is original and is written by Dr. Paul Carlin. Dr. Carlin is an x-offender who has been in prisonminsitry for almost 30 years. Join us!

Who We Are

TAX grew out of Prisoners Bible Institute in 1990. The idea is to function as an association for offenders, offenders families and x-offenders. TAX conducts weekly meetings in 28 Texas prisons and maintains community-based chapters in 30 Texas cities.

Our Vision

To reduce prison recidivism through a Christ-centered, Biblical criminal recovery and relapse prevention program

About Our Prison Ministry

We would like to expand TAX Chapters to other states. TAX is qualified to provide a tax-exempt charter for those who feel led to start a TAX chapter in their state.
