Who We Are
We are a Pastoral Care and Chaplain Ministry, serving the community since 2002. Our success is working with those in prison to help them transition into the free world. We have assisted over 650 persons to transition out of prison 70% with job skills and placement services.
Since 2002 our ministry weekly visits the incarcerated, has maintained an active pen pal program and host annual criminal justice/prison/re-entry workshops.
Our vision is to serve as a Pastoral Care and Chaplain Ministry, caring for persons in the community. Our services serve those who are incarcerated, corporate business, educational organizations, athletic organizations, healthcare and military. Our services include programs and support to encourage and embrace those who are hurting, under educated or unequipped, those who are disenfranchised as well as empower those who are in need.
