Who We Are
Established in 1995 by Jeff Park who served as Executive Director of COPE (Coalition of Prison Evangelism); an international service/training organization. Our Ministry has been restructured with a brand new look, and new programs are being developed for 2009. Executive Directors, Rev. Keith and Rev. JoAnn Blackwell are licensed ministers, and provide guidance to the men and women while incarcerated, and upon release from the institutions to begin acclimating them back into society.
The purpose of the Freedom Ministries is three-fold:
1. To assist in attaining a strong foundation of responsible Christian behavior and habits.
2. To assist in becoming established in positive Christian community.
