Who We Are

This facility was established in 1971 as a co-ed juvenile detention facility. In 1979 it was converted to a youthful offender facility. Currently, it houses youthful offender male inmates. Lancaster Work Camp is under the supervision of Lancaster C.I.

Directions: This Institution is located 35 miles west of Gainesville on SR-26. It is 3.5 miles west of Trenton on SR-26. From US-19 at Fanning Springs, take SR-26 and travel east approximately 5 miles.
