For the past six years I have been ministering to women inmates at the Washington County jail in Hillsboro, Oregon and the Coffee Creek Correctional Facility in Wilsonville, Oregon. I provide Bibles for those who do not have one. Can you tell me any sites to where I could learn how to minister better That would teach me ways to teach for free? I really feel I should do this but every site i found you have to pay like alot of money.
