Founded in 1985 by Gary Harris and Ronald, both foreign ex-prisoners of "Lurigancho" prison in Lima, Peru; Foreign Prisoners Fellowship - FPF ministers to inmates who are imprisoned not in their home countries. Local groups of volunteers visit, correspond or care for foreign prisoners, ex-inmates or their families worldwide. A special emphasis is on ministry to drug traffickers.Ministry help request
