We are the Azalea City Prison Ministry. We have approximately 45 workers and all of us are volunteers, no salaries are paid by the ministry! We serve over 34 prisons, 3 youth detention centers and five jails in Georgia and Florida. The ministry began in 1979 and was incorporated in 1985. The Refuge of Hope was opened in November 2003. It has now spread to almost every lymph node in his body and he has a golf ball size tumor on his stomach. He is in Indiana with no family, we all live in Texas.
