Bridge to Hope

Bridge to Hope: A Faith Community Partnership is a prison ministry of the Cape Cod Council of Churches to women incarcerated at the Barnstable County Correctional Facility in Bourne, Massachusetts. It is a one-on-one mentoring program for women that brings God's hope into the prison. Mentors are matched with women (mentees) who will be transitioning back into the community.

Helping Hands of Love Ministries

We are in need of a home for the halfway home a building for clothing and food pantry. A truck for the outreach to go outland help others in need from destruction and elderly working on their homes that need help on. This is a way of giving back to what we may have done to go to prison for.

Prayer Request of the Hour

Please pray for my friend Travis Mathes. The lord has called him to help others know God and to also help others with certain problems in thier life such as substance abuse. May the Lord be with him and keep him safe and let him come home soon!
