In 2010 Silent Ministries initiated a program for rural areas called The Infusion Project. The results have been phenomenal. The ministry/agency provides workshops in-house jails and prisons. The ministry specializes in prevention and intervention services and workshops. Fiji Prison Ministry
1. Pray for volunteers and wisdom in their activity in Fiji prisons.2. Pray for new inmate visitation. As part of the prison allocation process, all new inmates in Fiji now receive an induction to Chaplaincy Services. This is a real answer to prayer. The next step is to make Pacific Youth Correctional Ministries (PYCM) materials available for all new prisoners (this helps a prisoner evaluate what has brought them to the point of incarceration and where they go from there).
