Shelter is a registered Christian organization in Malaysia. Shelter is 25 years old.It was started by a group of young people in 1981 and the ministry grew and every month about 500 children are being helped through the residential centers, single mothers support group, young prisoners ministry, refugee work and the teen drop in center. Shelter works with local churches, nongovernmental organizations and the Malaysian Government.

Michelle has been out of prison for a year, served 10 years. We have corresponded for 5 years now. She is a trusting God; but having hard time finding a job because of her past criminal record. She has reacurring kidney infections also.
