Bridge to Hope: A Faith Community Partnership is a prison ministry of the Cape Cod Council of Churches to women incarcerated at the Barnstable County Correctional Facility in Bourne, Massachusetts. It is a one-on-one mentoring program for women that brings God's hope into the prison. Mentors are matched with women (mentees) who will be transitioning back into the community.

My husband is in prison until 12-08. We have 2 little boys ages 8 and 4 and they are having a hard time dealing with the lonliness as am I. I am having a very hard time dealing with all the repercussions of his sentence and parenting alone is very hard. Please pray for us.
