We are a residential program and take men from jail, prison, and that prison that has no wall's into a 52 week program, where we teach life skills, set them on a solid foundation of “The Word of God”. Teach them how to be good fathers and husbands, and begin the reconciliation process back with their families, and back into society as productive citizens. During their residency each man will be provided with all their critical aftercare needs.Ministry help request
Southside Jail & Prison Ministries
We need people who are willing to offer job training or help in obtaining jobs. Volunteers are needed to go into the facilities, to preach, teach bible studies, one on one counseling, pass out tracts and bibles. We need people willing to anonymously correspond with inmates or their families through a post office box we will provide. We need people who will be willing to help with our aftercare follow-up program by providing transportation home for those released.Prayer Request of the Hour
Add your prayer requestPlease pray for my family. I am a struggling single mom of 5 children. The oldest four children's father (my ex-husband) has been in prison for 6 yrs. and his sentence is for 22-60 yrs. It has been so hard financially, spiritually, and to our family as a whole.
