Johnson County Kansas Adult Detention Center

Some of these men are interested in soundly biblical correspondence courses. There is a high turn over ratio. Once court appearances are completed, the men are then "farmed out" to numerous other detention centers and I lose contact with them. I typically will see a man four to five times.
