The need for places for offenders to go to after incarceration is very important. The need for a safe, secure and helpful atmosphere after the stressful and confining prison or jail system is what the offenders are looking for. We need more free world pen pals. We need to connect with Bible and book publishers to provide these resources to our inmate pen pals.
