Founded in 1985 by Gary Harris and Ronald, both foreign ex-prisoners of "Lurigancho" prison in Lima, Peru; Foreign Prisoners Fellowship - FPF ministers to inmates who are imprisoned not in their home countries. I also pray that God will touch her family's heart to see her in prison. She is lonely and depressed.
