We are the Azalea City Prison Ministry. We have approximately 45 workers and all of us are volunteers, no salaries are paid by the ministry! We serve over 34 prisons, 3 youth detention centers and five jails in Georgia and Florida. The ministry began in 1979 and was incorporated in 1985. The Refuge of Hope was opened in November 2003. Add your prayer requestPlease pray for my brother Alton Jr. He has a felony record from making a bad decision sometime ago, he is out but has not been able to find work because of his felony charge, he is also needed housing;preferably a nice clean room and groceries. He is extremely depressed and doesn't seem to have a sense of direction, he has also experienced alot of rejection his entire life, and "really" needs to be re-parented.
