The John 3:17 Project

Our goal is to spread the word of God to the over 2 million inmates in the US, one letter at a time. We encourage folks to participate by registering with our website and then using our PO Box as their return address. By them using our address and never having to walk inside a prison, we have removed the safety and fright concerns. We hope that this ministry will be utilized by those too afraid to step foot inside a prison. Primarily we dedicate our ministry to Death Row and lifers.

Joseph Harp Correctional Center

Under Warden Harp, Oklahoma State Reformatory was the first institution to establish a fully accredited academic High School behind prison walls. Warden Harp recognized that one of the greatest needs that many inmates of his time (as well as today) had was a high school education.

Prayer Request of the Hour

Please pray that my husband Michael gets into the Christian "New Directions" program at the county jail. He is on a waiting list. Pray a spot opens up very soon. Thank you.
