For the enlightenment of those in-charge of the jails and prisons to be reformed themselves first as they will set good example to the prisoners under their charge. I have surfed through the Net. That's the only option as far as western medicine is concerned. I've purchased several alternative/ natural/ herbal products for my grandma thru' the Net.
